Shipping Policy
Orders to UK will be charged a flat rate fee of just £3.53 if the order is under 2kg in weight and £5.03 for orders above 2kg. An express delivery option is always available for just £4.63 if the order is under 2kg in weight and £7.63 for orders above 2kg.
FREE delivery on orders over £25 (England & Wales).
For our international customers, the delivery rate is calculated by weight at checkout. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes – these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. During sales or other busy periods, this turnaround may be extended. You will receive an email from us once your order has been 'Shipped'.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For UK customers, you should receive your order within 7 working days of placing your order. International shipment times can vary but should arrive within 12 working days. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please get in touch.
